Revathy Rathesh, MA, RP
Revathy is a Registered Psychotherapist and the founder of Holistic Path Psychotherapy. She started out wanting to create space for people to explore their stories without labels or expectations — a vision that grew into a practice built on consistency, intention, and a space that feels both supportive and grounded.
Her approach is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and led by you — blending EMDR, IFS, and somatic & art-based work with CBT, DBT, and Narrative Therapy tools. She works with anxiety, trauma and PTSD, emotional regulation, addiction, ADHD, and dissociation, and offers LGBTQ+ affirming care, with a focus on marginalized and racialized clients navigating burnout, cultural stress, and identity.

Aimee Chouinard, MPsy, RP
Aimee is a Registered Psychotherapist offering online therapy for people experiencing intense moods, thoughts, and emotions that hit like a tidal wave — depleted one day, overwhelmed the next. Her work centers on steadying that pendulum: building real, usable tools to put a pause between you and big emotions, then processing what's underneath so it can stay in the past.
She specializes in mood disorder, including borderline personality disorder (BPD), bipolar disorder, trauma and PTSD, and stress, alongside anxiety and depression. Drawing on DBT, CBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), tapping (EFT), and mindfulness, Aimee offers a space where your feelings are never "too much."
